2019 Corporate Packages
The Guildford Beer Festival is an excellent way for local businesses and organisations to entertain key clients and contacts in an attractive and distinctive setting. It is also a superb event to bring a group of your hardworking staff to relax and enjoy themselves!
We offer a fully inclusive VIP hospitality package for a group of 10 persons as follows:
- Admission Tickets with free car parking
- 10 Tokens per person to be used for the purchase of drinks or meals; and
- Each person will also receive a commemorative GBF tasting glass and souvenir programme.
The cost for this package at any one of the three Sessions is £295 + VAT.
Additional places may be booked at the pro rata price of £29.50 + VAT per person.
All drinks and meals at the GBF are paid for using GBF plastic tokens. These are purchased in advance. Additional tokens will be on sale at the entrance desk throughout the session. Each token has a value of £1.90. Beers and ciders are sold by the ½ pint and all cost 1 Token. A glass of wine costs 2 Tokens and a gin & tonic costs 3 Tokens (single) or 4 Tokens (double). There are various meal options available from the three high quality catering concessions. Meal options will typically cost 3 or 4 Tokens.

Background to the GBF
This will be the Tenth Annual GBF. This popular event takes place at Guildford Cricket Club, The Sports Ground, Woodbridge Road, Guildford GU1 4RP – a short walk from the town centre. The setting is very attractive – the event is held in large marquees and there is ample seating outdoors and under cover.
There will 80+ real ales and craft beers sourced from local independent and micro-breweries, and a good selection of hand-made ciders, wine and soft drinks, and a Gin Bar, serving locally produced gins and spirits. There will be three food concessions and a tremendous line up of live music in a separate marquee.
